In less than 2 months, I have been experiencing delayed due to system outage, flight retimed till I can't catch the next connecting flight, flight cancelled and I was not been informed??!?!?!?  Am I the only one getting this in such a short period?

All of these happened to airasia flight, and tiger airways. but this also happened right after Chinese New Year. Wondering, could it be due to they are budget airlines or is my luck????

Let me recall:-

Born in the Year of the Rooster
- 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005

Things may not look all too good for the Rooster in the Year of the Ox as he should brace himself and be prepared for oncoming pressures in the Year of the Ox. But just like the Dragon, the saying "one joyful event can offset three possible mishaps" is applicable to the Rooster. This means that the Rooster should work extra hard to make these joyful events happen, like getting married, getting pregnant or buying a new house. This way, any negative vibrations waiting for him could be offset and he will be having a more favorable fortune in 2009.

Fortunately , the Rooster has still one lucky star shining on him in the year of the Ox, and that is the lucky star Tian Yi. This star represents a superior, a supervisor or someone influential who will be taking care of the Rooster. This could also mean getting support from family members and friends.

But the Rooster should not be complacent, things may look bright and promising but problems and other unfavorable circumstances could be hiding around the corner. These may not all be too serious or fatal for the Rooster's success, but still he needs to be careful and work harder to avoid them. Always be prepared.

Basically, there are more good things than bad things in store for the Rooster in year of the Ox. That is, if he is extra cautious and work even harder, he will be having better luck as far as wealth, health and career is concern. And always remember the saying "one joyful event can offset three possible mishaps."

Hem Hem... Looks like I must make some joyful event in my life.. Can't think of any out of my mind now.. Any suggestion?

当我看到影片简介时，我没想到我会因为这一部片而感动。通常嘛，得奖的影片，没有艺术细胞的我都是不懂得欣赏。

可我却想像不到为死人化妆的片，可以做得如此精彩。真的，不能错过这样的一部好片。再加上它的音乐，真的，超感动。这部影片让人一窥日本入殓仪式之美，也传递了对"生与死"的尊重和"亲与情"的主题。

影片中最感人的一幕，莫过于男主角-大悟亲自为父亲入殓。父亲在大悟年幼时，抛下妻儿，与女侍应生私奔。大悟再见父亲，已是一具没有办法说话的尸体，可是他还却紧紧地握着小时候大悟交给他的石头。渐渐的，父亲熟悉得脸，渐渐浮现，大悟却只能边入殓，边默默流下男儿泪。导演在叙事节奏与音乐家久石让的优美旋律中，酝酿了厚实的温情与感动。

有時我們在溝通時
會不自覺地用一些『否定式』、『命令式』、或『上對下』的說話方式

例如：『你錯了，你錯了，話不能這麼說』

或是『唉呀，跟你說過多少次了，你這樣做不行啦
你怎麼那麼笨，跟你講你都不聽......』

一般來說，人都不喜歡『被批評、被否定』

但是，有時我們在言談間
卻不知不覺地流露出『自我中心主義』和『優越感』
覺得自己都是對的，別人都是錯的

可是，有句話說：『強勢的建議，是一種攻擊』
有時，即使我們說話的出發點是良善的、是好意的
但如果講話的口氣太強勢、太不注意到對方的感受
則對方聽起來，就會像是一種攻擊一樣，很不舒服

所以，有時候我們的心中會有一種慨嘆...
你知道嗎？其實，我滿贊同你的想法，但我很不喜歡你『講話的口氣』
其實，我滿同意你的見解，但我很不喜歡你『講話的態度』

有時，我們會說：
『我這個人很理性啊，你看，我的門都是開的，大家隨時都可以進來和我溝通啊』
可是，如果『我們的門是開的，心卻是關的』，又有什麼用呢？

因此，在溝通時，必須注意到對方的感受
畢竟每個人都有『自我尊嚴感的需求』
每個人都希望被肯定、被讚美、被認同、被附和
而不喜歡被否定、被輕視

所以，即使雙方意見不同
但必須做到『異中求同、圓融溝通』，『有話照說，但口氣要委婉許多』

中國人造字很有意思，想想『我』這個字，是哪兩個字的組合呢？

是『手』和『戈』

「我」字，竟然就是「每個人手上都拿著刀劍、武器」

所以每個人都常做「自我防衛」，來保護自己

但是，在溝通時，人除了防衛自己之外，也要站在別人的立場來想
善用「同理心」，也學習控制自己的『舌頭』
『在適當的時候，說出一句漂亮的話；也在必要的時候，及時打住一句不該說的話』

因此，我們必須學習
『不要急著說、不要搶著說，而是要想著說』
絕對不要『逞口舌之快』而後悔

因為說話是沒有『橡皮擦』、沒有『立可白』的，不能再把話擦掉呀

另外，職場溝通中
我們必須學習『情緒忍受力』和『挫折容忍力』
因為，『脾氣來了，福氣就沒有了』

在我們碰到棘手的問題時，必須先靜下來、勿衝動行事
也學習『先處理心情、再處理事情』，免得事情愈弄愈糟糕

有句話說：
『生命的長度是上帝所給予的，但生命的寬度卻掌握在我們自己的手中』

的確，我們雖然不能控制生命的『長度』
但我們可以控制生命的『寬度』
 
我們都可以在工作中，學習做更好的溝通
使人際關係更圓融，也使生命過得更漂亮、更有意義，不是嗎？
