I have tried Google Talk (GT). It seems to be a good competitor of SkyPE. We can see more features available at SkyPE but in fact, I love GT more than SkyPE. It has a tidy interface which most of other IMs are lacking of..

GT is based on an open technology called Jabber which was created to help different networks talk to each other. Georges Harik, director of new products at Google, hinted that this was its aim when the Talk service was unveiled. "We are going to try to be the first in the world to connect everyone to everyone," he said.

However, Google Talk does not yet use these features of Jabber and, for the moment, is as closed as any other network. Similarly, its net telephone service currently works only for GMail account holders.

On net telephony services, it also has a long way to go to catch up with rivals not least because managing a system that can provide good quality phone calls is very different to letting people scour a database with search queries.

Just one more week.. then I can have my 1 week break! Dont really feel like working now.. haha..

I am in Penang again. Not quite happy working nowadays.. Not sure what causes the unhappiness. Anyway, I shall try to overcome this odds.

I am finishing great movies for the last month.. and now.. it's the time for this month. Watched, Batman Begins, Fantastic 4, Unleashed, Stealth, The Island... Finally!!!!!! It's time for Initial D I haven't watch this movie yet. And now, it's time Haha.. very out-dated, right? But I think I rather watch the movie later instead of sitting at the front row. I hope my darling would think so. This thursday, we are going to watch Bewitched some more.. enjoy ya.

What a shock! Look out from the Window.. it's so hazzy. Finally, I get to know that there is Fire from Sumatera. Have to drink more water.. to myself and all my friends Take care. It's easy to get sick, especially in this kind of environment.

Having headache today, feel tired.. But I feel very productive in my work.. finished most of my tasks assigned. Another great news is.. I got a very good rating in my performance review. Looking for promotion this year.. Otherwise, I think I will be very disappointed.
